Date2Sex (the “Site”) is an internet portal in the field of massages, serving as a platform for presenting information about private and available massage services across Israel. The Site acts as an information intermediary only and does not provide massage services itself.
Use of the Site constitutes full agreement to these terms. The Site is intended for persons aged 18 and over only. Browsing and using the Site is permitted only in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel.
The Site is a marketing platform for publishing information only, and is not a party to the relationship between the user and the service providers. The Site is not responsible for the quality of the service, its availability, prices, warranty, licensing, accessibility, privacy or any other matter relating to the actual provision of the service. All information in a service provider’s profile – including text, photos, prices or contact details – is presented as provided by the advertiser and is the advertiser’s sole responsibility.
The Site allows users to contact service providers directly by phone or WhatsApp. The Site takes no part in the correspondence, coordination or booking, and does not store personal information from that communication.
All intellectual property rights on the Site – including design, content, graphics, code, trademarks and logo – belong to the Site owner or to authorized parties. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel only. The competent courts in the city of Tel Aviv shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
